Welcome to Unbrick. Because our products are entirely digital, please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold on this site (including PDF instructions, part lists, and customized HD blueprints) are intangible digital goods. No physical items will be shipped via courier. Products are delivered instantly online on the order confirmation page or sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Refund

Under applicable e-commerce regulations and digital content directives, the right of withdrawal and refund is excluded for digital products delivered via downloadable files or immediate online access, as performance begins with the user's explicit prior consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal upon purchase.

Consequently:

  • All purchases of digital HD blueprints are final.
  • Refunds cannot be requested after the file has been generated, viewed, downloaded, or sent via email, since the intellectual content and part lists are already in the buyer's possession.

3. Exceptions and Special Cases

We make exceptions and evaluate refunds or transaction reversals exclusively in the following rare technical cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a system or network error resulted in you being charged twice for the same order.
  • Technical Delivery Failure: If the transaction went through successfully, but due to a critical server error, the system failed to generate the blueprint or send the access email, and our support team was unable to resolve it promptly.

In such cases, we will review the transaction history and process a full refund using the original payment method.
